Mike & Shawna Shadoan

Mike and Shawna Shadoan are committed to continuously improve Radiant Remodeling so that the customers have the best experience possible, the employees have a career in which they are happy and can support their families, and the community has a place to go with their home improvement needs. Mike is the President and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a degree in Design Technology, and a Remodeler’s License from the City of Toledo. Shawna is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources.
